Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched from our licensed warehouse on weekdays only (Monday to Friday).

Estimated delivery time:

  • 1–3 working days from dispatch
  • Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday

Please allow extra time during holidays, busy periods, or severe weather conditions.

Delivery Charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of £5.99 for all orders, regardless of size.
This includes secure packaging and tracked courier service.

Age Verification on Delivery

All alcohol deliveries must be signed for by someone 18 years of age or older.
Our courier partners may request photographic ID. If age cannot be verified, the delivery will be refused and returned to us.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery or leave a card with collection details
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, redelivery costs may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
